If you look way, way down near the bottom of the page, there is a little Hurricane Ike tracking widget. If Ike stays on his current track, he will hit Houston. The track Ike takes will be directly related to how many posts I will write in the next week.

Well, since I like reading your posts and I now live far away from Ike, I am wondering how wrong it is of me to hope it keeps coming toward you (so you post more), but then at the last moment changes course so you are spared.
Yikes. I have been listening and hoping Ike would stay well out of your way. And here I thought tornado season was scary in the Midwest, but man, hurricanes are way, way scarier. Good luck. I will pray that Ike takes a hike.
We are watching Ike with you in mind too - hope he fizzles out before he gets to you.
